Club Membership Details for 2013

The committee are pleased to confirm that membership fees will remain unchanged from those of last season.

Senior Playing Membership

Senior Playing Membership is required by all playing members of the club except for Junior Members. A Junior member is defined as someone who qualifies as Under 18 for the 2013 season and is in full time education.

Senior Playing Membership for existing club members is payable either by monthly standing order of £5 per month or through a one off annual payment by electronic bank transfer of £60. If paid in full in January 2013 a 10% discount applies.

Senior playing membership includes cover under the club playing insurance, a £5 contribution toward the end of season dinner & dance and your annual Old Down Social Club Membership fee of £5, which will be passed on to the social club on your behalf.

Details of the club bank account can be found on the standing order form (available for download here). Whether you choose to pay monthly or make a one off payment, please use your name as the payment reference, so that the funds can be reconciled from the bank account to the correct player.

Any standing orders that are established late (i.e. after January 2012) will be expected to make an additional payment in the first month to cover any back payments due.

Junior Playing Membership

Junior paying membership is available to Junior Members. A Junior member is defined as someone who qualifies for the Under9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 team and Under 17 teams in 2013.

Junior Playing Membership for Under 9s is £40.

Junior Playing Membership for Under 11s is £45

Junior Playing Membership for Under 13s is £45

Junior Playing Membership for Under 15s is £45. 

Junior Playing Membership for Under 17s is £50

Junior playing membership includes cover under the club playing insurance, indoor (excluding U17s) and outdoor nets and junior match fees.

Note: Junior playing membership does not include a contribution to the end of season dinner.

All Junior members must complete a player registration form each season. This form can be downloaded here .

New Senior Members Joining Fee

There is a joining fee of £10 payable for any new senior playing members who join the club during 2013. This fee is payable in the month that they join. A standing order must also be set up for £5 per month, which should also commence in the month that they join the club.

Non Playing Membership

A non playing membership is available for any non players who wish to support the club. It is set at £10 per annum and payment by electronic bank transfer is preferred.

Match Fees

Match fees for all senior cricket remain unchanged at £5 per match (or £3 per match for anyone in full time education).
